Just one step closer. I am getting so close to cross season I can almost taste it! I went on a nice training ride today at Bear Creek Lake Park on the Felt Cross rig today with my Blacksheep teammate Sammy. We rode around the park multiple times taking random trails just to get some technique training in before my first race, Velocross, next Sunday. Me being myself, totally spaced on bringing my camera on my ride like I usually do so sorry about not having any pictures. It was a great ride though I was getting my handling dialed great. My teammate on the other hand has not raced cross before and on the last time we were riding through the epic quick-sandy volleyball pit he lost his balance right at the end and sprained his ankle. It was hurting him the rest of the ride, we rode for like another 45 minutes, and we were amazed when he took off his shoe when we got back to me casa. His ankle had swollen more than I have ever seen before it was disgusting. I'm totally lame and don't have any pictures of this either. I am going to finally build the YETI tomorrow and i will sure to have some pics of that so stay tuned.
